溶解性: 是脂溶性色素,可溶于其他脂類(玉米油)和非極性溶劑中,不溶于水,難溶于強極性溶劑如甲醇、乙醇和DMSO等,可溶于脂肪烴、芳香烴和氯代烴如乙烷、苯、氯仿等有機溶劑。
